バージョン1 [Version 1]:
ピーマン2分の1個、キャベツ50g、ほうれん草50g、
1/2 green pepper, 50g cabbage, 50g spinach,
小松菜50g、パセリ30g、青じそ2～3枚、
50g mizuna, 50g parsley, 2~3 pieces aojiso (beefsteak plant),
レモン大さじ1杯、ハチミツ大さじ1杯、
One tablespoon lemon juice, one tablespoon honey,
しょうが10g、水50cc
10g ginger, 50cc water.
ピーマンのタネを予めとっておく
全ての材料をぶつ切りにする
ぶつ切りにした材料をミキサーに入れる
“弱”で約1分～1分半ミキシングする
Take out the seeds of the green pepper beforehand,
Dice all materials.
Place diced materials into mixer,
Beat at "weak" for about 1~1 1/2 minutes.

トマト2分の1個、赤ピーマン2分の1個、ニンジン2分の1本、
1/2 Tomato, 1/2 red pepper, 1/2 ginseng,
リンゴ2分の1個、バナナ2分の1本、タバスコ大さじ1杯、
1/2 apple, 1/2 banana, 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce,
にんにく2分の1個、七味とうがらしを一つまみ、
1/2 garlic, a pinch of shimichi (seven spices),
きなこ大さじ２杯、水50cc
two tablespoons of soy flour, 50cc water.
赤ピーマンのタネを予めとっておく
バナナの皮をむく
ニンジン・リンゴは皮つきのまま、全ての材料をぶつ切りにする
ぶつ切りにした材料をミキサーに入れる
“弱”で約1分～2分ミキシングする」
