Summary + Review:
*Sidenote: This volume of the Fujimi novel series has my favorite cover art *_* Nishi Keiko-sensei really DO have a good style

Fujimi and Mirage of Blaze are two of my favorite, favorite yaoi series. Unfortunately though, MoB's dramas are a little hard to review because the ones that do follow the storyline closely are not voiced by Hayami and Seki-san T_T and the ones that are tend to skip through parts of the story...although taking all of my favorite, favorite angst scenes *____* anyways this is supposed to be a FUJIMI review, so there...

Skipping D-Senjou no Aria (Aria on the D String) onto the third CD of the JUNE series - Samayoeru Violinist (Wandering Violinist), remember that I insisted how Fujimi is really a very very sweet series back in the first CD? Here comes the first touch of warmth that makes this series so alive. This CD is an important turning point---you'll see why. We start with naturally, Morimura Yuuki on his monologue again----saying in a lost voice: "Apaato ga...nai. negura ga....konya no negura ga....nai...[The apartment is...not there. The place to sleep---for tonight...not there...]" XD;;;;;; It turns out that Yuuki, having returned from a country vacation for a visit to his sister's place, returns to his home in Fujimi to find out...that it has been burnt down to mere rubbles...

In the heat of summer, Yuuki is left without a place to return. Having finally found out from a rather frizzled neighbor that a kitchen accident burned the entire building down, he now needs to find a place to stay for the night. Looking at his wallet--no money. Okiayu who sighed at this time and saying "kane wa!! nai----" in a weak voice is so cute XD I love his young voice back in the 1990s...the other day I listened to the first of the Shiawase series "Shiawase ni Naroune" (a different series than the Shiawase no Dekiru), and that CD was made back in 1995---and Okiayu's young voice as seme *melts* of course I still hold my ground for Okiayu the uke, but Okiayu's young-voiced seme (another good example is Kinkanshoku) always speaks with such a passionate touch--and his voice being just so YOUNG and naturally high-pitched when he gets excited and the speech a little jumbled by the embarrassment that I can just imagine him blushing furiously when confessing---okay I admit that I'm totally aroused by his voice *dies* Okiayu rarely performs so passionately (as a seme) these days in that type of voice...the only one I can think of is probably Hakuryuu in Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 3 (which is a major reason why I have threw myself at the HaruToki series and haven't got out of it since...sadly it isn't BL....sigh). ANYWAYS as this digression is long enough, let's get back to poor Yuuki and see what happens to him...

After begging at multiple places (in a weak trying-to-be-very-sweet voice, that "onegaishimasuu!!" is so kawaii XDD and him sneezing in the rain is also SO CUTE XDDD by now you have noticed that I am a hopeless Okiayu fan...) and finding no place for him to stay with only 500 yen in his pocket, Yuuki turns (as much as he is unwilling) to Kei's apartment. Unfortunately (again), Kei seems to be out traveling also. Sick from the bad weather and having waited at Kei's doorsteps for god knows how long, Yuuki faints--before his consciousness wears out, he hears footsteps, sees Kei approaching and calling his name out in a surprised and extremely worried voice, and him hugging Yuuki close---then, blackness.

(Kei at this point calls Yuuki "Morimura-san." I miss how he calls Yuuki with a passion back in the first CD, but apparently since Yuuki is so determined to put a distance between them ever since the raping "accident" that Kei had to force himself to call Yuuki in a slightly more polite fashion)

Yuuki wakes up again finding himself immersed in water, in a bathtub, naked--Kei had put him there to cool him down from the high fever. (to which Okiayu splashes and furiously says "miru-na!! [Don't look!!]" XDD;;;; in vain...Masutani-san's Kei is taking care of Yuuki in such a serious way, though XD) After sending the doctor away and having placed Yuuki properly in bed, Kei orders Yuuki to get some good rest and stay at his house. Yuuki and Kei looks at each other for a brief second...then, stifling a small laughter, Kei hurries Yuuki to bed, and Yuuki very cheerfully replies, "oyasumi!"

I like that scene so much XD this is the first sign at which Yuuki and Kei's relationship turns toward the positive side (of course, the burnt apartment helped immensely XDDDDDDD). Yuuki himself insists that his relationship with Kei is like him the bunny trying to dodge from Kei the wolf (seriously, he used the EXACT animal description XDD), but to me it seems more like wolfie Kei-chan is trying to take care of the little bunny Yuuki...pulling the bedsheets for him and saying "oyasumi-nasai" when Yuuki snuggles in bed with satisfaction...and Masutani-san's voice so meltingly sexy he makes by bones wiggle...~___~

At night, Yuuki wakes up hearing the (infamous) Tannhauser Overture...and remembering very much how he is both physically and emotionally scarred for life by that piece (Yuuki is not the only one...me too X_x I never thought of Wagner the same way since...), he crouches in the bed in fear. Kei, who is listening to the piece, is apparently also thinking back to the incident and calling out "Yuuki...Yuuki..." (in a SERIOUSLY freaky tone....O_o no wonder Yuuki is afraid ||||||||) However, closing the music and turning to Yuuki (shivering in bed ^^;), Kei sighs. "I'm sorry. Let's go find you an apartment tomorrow."

Yuuki can hear how much Kei is holding back in his voice, and how Yuuki's prescence in Kei's house is actually a turturing experience to him. He knows Kei is trying very hard not to invade Yuuki and to force his love on him again, which is only made harder by Yuuki staying in his apartment. Staying at Kei's place is after all, still a wrong decision...

There are so much good scenes in this drama XDD and all coupled with such nice music *_* I love the assertive string and piano piece played in the scene described before (can't identify the name...if it's a classical piece...-_- gomen)...here comes the next scene which I also like very much. Ishida-san, the director of the orchestra, comes to visit Yuuki. After a few rounds of dialogue of Yuuki's conditions, how everyone are really worried, etc. Ishida asks if Yuuki is going to stay with Kei temporarily until he finds a new apartment. Yuuki is about to say no, but Kei quickly interrupts and said "yes" (rather too loudly, I think XDD) and Ishida pauses for the very awkward second XDDDDD and then chuckles so dryly before excusing himself. (Ken ROFLS....I SWEAR these people in the orchestra are the main pushing force for Kei and Yuuki to be a couple) Kei and Yuuki held a small argument about where Yuuki should stay for the time, because Kei insists that he will go back to his old apartment (which is two hours away) so that Yuuki can stay here, but Yuuki simply cannot have Kei go through all those trouble just to have him stay. Yuuki gives up---"then, let's both sleep on the bed for tonight!!" and quickly realizing that he has dug a grave for himself (Ken LMAO...Yuuki, you've been digging graves for yourself since the very beginning)------so, that's how things wind up being that, Yuuki crouched in bed, waiting for Kei's weight to fall at the other end, and making sure that Kei is asleep before he can safely sleep himself. But Kei's smell, his shampoo, his everything--reminds Yuuki of their first contact. The man who overpowers him, forcing him down and takes control of him completely...surprisingly, and ashamedly, Yuuki find his body reacting to his wild thoughts...how can he be such an okama?? (Ken: aww....using such harsh vocabulary on yourself..just accept the feelings and everything will be fine XDD) And...he can't sleep!!

Kei turns around and asks: "Doushimashita? (chuckles. Ken melts completely X_x) Nemuremasen-ka? [What's wrong, can't sleep?]" Masutani-san said that in a mockingly cruel voice, jeering at Yuuki's worries that Kei might eat him in bed. Of course being Masutani-san, he also said that in such a sexy voice X_x I find myself wanting to find synonyms for "sexy" and "cute" because my vocabulary has been so limited to these two words X_x anyways moving on...Kei falls asleep after laughing at Yuuki's distrust, and Yuuki, being pissed off that Kei would even dare to laugh at him, and after removing Kei's portruding leg XDDDDD (that was totally unexpected XD I was blinking for a second at Yuuki straining his voice to kick the sleeping Kei off of himself XDDDDD it's....so CUTE!! and I excuse myself for using the lame word again...) he decides that he will endure through this time no matter what---Kei's self-restraint and Yuuki's conscience...see which will be the first to crumble!!

This review has once again, gotten way too long T_T but I can't resist from going into the details...the next scene is also so classic!! (You'll hear me saying that often) when Yuuki finally returns to the regular practices, and you know Kawashima-san, who has this triangle thing going on with Yuuki and Kei (short summary: Yuuki-->Kawashima-->Kei-->Yuuki), shares a moment with Yuuki, naturally leading the subject to where he's staying...

"Exactly WHERE were you these past few days...ahh~~~I see..." (like she suddenly understood something XDD)
"I stayed with Tounoin-san..."
"Hmm~~~" (another remark full with the 'so THAT's what it is' attitude XDD I love this woman)
"Nothing happened, though!" (Yuuki trying to defend himself XD)
"You still haven't accepted him yet?" (Yes, Kawashima has been hinting here and there ever since she learned that Kei has feelings for Yuuki...)
"Of course, I---"
"...am not a homo? *laughs and walks away*" (finishing the sentence for Yuuki XDDD as I said, I LOVE this woman XDDDDDDDDDD)

I again swear that Yuuki and Kei are really put together by Kawashima's efforts...anwyays, skipping the next few parts where Ishida, aherm I mean Igarashi-kun (voiced by Ishida Akira. Quite the genki sidekick, VEERY cute XDD I like Ishida when he's not voicing ukes...) asks Yuuki a favor, which turns out to be hand-copying the orchestra score into separate parts for the performers (dividing the entire conductor's score into part scores...which has to be done by hand), and a little accident with Ishida's drunk friends, but the important thing is my next favorite scene!! Yuuki returns home (Kei's home) after about 18 hours of straight work and very tired. He finds Kei who thoughtfully left food and drink for him on the table, eats, and lies down on the bed next to Kei (Ken: tell me this is exactly like a couple living together XDDDDD Yuuki, admit it, you and Kei make a perfect pair XD). The air condition made the room a bit too cold, but Yuuki is too tired to turn up the temperature...instead, he searches for the more convienient source of warmth (Ken: KYAAAaaaaaaaaaaaa XDDDDD). Kei notices and embraces him close, but Yuuki is already asleep...

This scene is coupled by Yuuki's violin theme. The relaxing melody joined together with Okiayu's monologue, how he felt so comforting to be by Kei's side, and the first casual atmosphere between them without any worries of raping or sexual assault. Yuuki satisfactorily smiling to himself "hmm, atakai~~[how warm~~]" and curling up next to Kei's chest----

I refrain from commenting because I so love that scene that any poor description of mine would damage the perfectness...instead, I'll sum up the rest of the drama quickly (and I MEAN quickly XD;;;;;). Good luck finally dawns on Yuuki after his series of unfortunate (?) events. Ishida informs him that after two years, the Fujimi Orchestra finally has a chance to perform on stage!! Moreover, Yuuki successfully finds himself a cheap 6th floor apartment in the Fujimi area, right next to the practice hall, of adequate size, equipped with air condition and heater, as well as shower----except that the contractor notes that the neighbor directly above always blasts classical music away at a real loud volume (sounds familiar, anyone?), as that's the reason why the rent is so low...yes, if you haven't guessed by now, Yuuki has found the apartment directly below Kei's residence XDDDDDDDD he hurries home to tell Kei of all the good news (like a little child, really ^^_ Kei is disappointed to hear that Yuuki is finally moving out, but is so happy when he finds out that Yuuki is actually going to live right below him that he announces he wants to hug Yuuki really really tight XD Of course, Yuuki hasn't forgot that he only wanted to stay friends with Kei and that he definitely, isn't a homo!...on another note, the bed really IS too small to fit two men--

"but the space is more than enough for two men embracing each other in their sleep~"
Kei laughed so heartily that his laughter covered Yuuki's shout of self-defense.
